Hi i have a whirlpool washing machine 6th series freshcare+ senseinverter 8kg. I put it on to spin and drain but not working. FO5 error showing on screen. Can you help

F05 in your whirlpool is drain fault caused by clogged drain pump filter.

Please try this to unlock the door:

Please unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.

Keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.

Then rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.

Now, with your fingers check if impellor rotates.

Then you will see a pull tab next to the filter, pull it to open the door.

Now, reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try an empty wash program and it should work fine, please let me know how it goes.

I found you completely unhelpful. moreover I got my credit card bill today and you charged me 29 euro. I am totally shocked as I understood from the info on your site that it was 5 euro.thats false advertising I will be telling everyone I know not to dream of contacting you.
