Hi the lid won't open I just bought the tassimo vivy today
JA: Do you know the model of your Tassimo coffee maker?
Customer: TASSIMO VIVY 2 TAS 140X
JA: How long has this been going on with your Tassimo coffee maker? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Leaving it till the light goes off and then trying the lid plus the liquid isn't coming out from it nozzle either
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

In additon,

If the TASSIMO Vivy lid is stuck, please wait until the cup light has stopped blinking. Try opening it again. Still locked? Try unplugging the coffee machine for 30 minutes and try once again.
