I have neff warming drawer WDBC600 and the door catch isnt

i have neff warming drawer WDBC600 and the door catch isnt holding the door closed. It still makes the click noise and the catch looks the same as the second warming drawer i have. I dont know what is wrong with it

Customer: just the last week. We had electricians working in the house and i asked one if it was an electrical fault, he looked at the drawer and said it wasnt electrical and the catch looked ok. so i am asking you
