JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Baxi either 400 or 600 heat only
JA: What have you tried so far with your Baxi appliance?
Customer: nothing measure up for a new install

Is this a hypothetical question, or are you actually installing a boiler?

To clarify, are you asking about the length of the flue, from boiler to terminal, or the length of the terminal itself - the part on the outside wall?

If the former, you can just measure it during your survey. If the latter, then the terminal comes with the flue kit and you can just measure that.
