If the water pressure is fine and the water filter was recently replaced then this indicates a fault with auger motor that will need replacement. The water inlet valve should also be checked and cleaned before replacing the motor.
Samsung provides 5 years warranty on its appliances hence, you may contact them to book repair.
If it is out of warranty then the spares are available for around £75 + repair charges.
