Normally, if the power supply is interrupted, it can also be that there is a defect at the connection point. It can also be that the power supply on the wall is no longer in order. Usually the device has to be pulled out and measured with a multimeter. If the power supply reaches the connection point 100 percent and you still do not fly it switched on, it may be that there is a defective one below at the connection point.
