Please leave it unplugged for around 10 minutes, then plug it back and try this:
Press and hold the START button and button towards the left of it together.
Keep them held in and turn the dial 1 click clockwise.
Now when lights start to flash release the buttons.
Then turn the dial further 9 click clockwise.
Now count number of red flashes and then count number of green flashes and let me know red followed by green.

Unplug it and remove the condenser from front, clean it.
Then remove the water container and clean it as well.
You will see water container valve, make sure that is not clogged and completely clean.
Then try again however, if the issue returns then I am afraid the valve is faulty and will need replacement.
