Can you provide a user manual for the Max 6? My elderly mother has been using it but I cannot start it on a programme now
JA: How old is your Max appliance?
Customer: I would imagine about 10 years
JA: How long has this been going on with your Max appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: mum has dementia- and she confuses things so not sure if it’s a fault or she’s not using correctly- been going on for a while
