Hotpoint ultima
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 13 days ago.

OK, that is type of appliance.

The oven is overheating and causing this issue.

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all or overheats.

Are you willing to carry out replacement yourself ?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
No it is under guarantee plus I have insurance
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 13 days ago.

If it is under guarantee then please contact the manufacturer and get it replaced.

Please do not use it until the thermostat is replaced.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with Justanswer UK today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.
