Good Evening

Welcome to JustAnswer and thank you for your question. My name is***** am an expert from Germany and have been working as an equipment technician for 19 years. I work with a language translation program and I would be very grateful for your understanding.
I'm sorry I can't make a call, but another expert can do it for you if you want. I will try to help you as best I can via chat.
I am sorry that you faced this problem!

this error message means that the control board cannot establish communication between the other components. I would recommend that you do a double shutdown for the reset. To do this, you must switch off the power supply via the switch on the wall for at least 15 minutes. Then switch on the power supply again for 1 minute. And you can immediately turn on the power again for 15 minutes. Then switch on and try again. If the same error message occurs again, the control board must be professionally checked and, if necessary, replaced.

Please feel free to continue this topic if you have any further questions. I would be very happy to help you!
Kind regards,

Annoyingly I can’t do it straight away as I have two ovens connected to the wall switch
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I’m using the other one currently but I will do it in an hour
