My oven timer doesn't seem to switch the oven off
JA: Is your oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: elctric
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: the oven is only 9 months old, i have followed the instructions in the booklets but still no joy
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: if you could tell me if i am doing anything wrong ? I have the oven on at the moment but I am afraid to go out as I know the timer won't switch the oven off

Without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.

These issues usually occur after power surge. Please leave the oven completely unplugged for around 50 minutes, then plug it back and reset the clock. It should work however, if the issue is still there then I am afraid you will have to contact the manufacturer and get the clock assembly replaced under warranty.
