We have a new Bosch dishwasher and disappointed with it’s performance so far. Cups not all cleaned. Tea ring around the inside of cups. Sometimes one or two not cleaned at all. Food left on some cutlery in tray. Extra dry still leaves water on top of cups.

Customer: Since we purchased it. Have tried different programs. I loaded home connect today and noticed that the rinse aid was set to 0. I have now changed that to 3

OK, please set the Rinse aid to r05 and then try any program.

It should work perfectly fine after this, rinse aid is used so your glasses etc. are rinsed perfectly.

This User Manual will give you an idea on how to set rinse aid, water hardness etc.

After this in case if issue is still there then please contact Bosch and get this replaced under warranty.
