Will not heat

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

Yes, takes time to check schematics and then type the answer.

Are you willing to replace it yourself, if instructions are provided ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
It is the grill which does not heat

Yes, I have read your question and provided the answer.

If grill element goes faulty, it usually trips as it has not tripped I believe the thermostat is faulty hence, it will not heat.

However, if you want to check it yourself then unplug the appliance and check the grill element with multi-meter.

If it reads open circuit replace the element however, if it tests fine then check the thermostat.
