It appears that the element has gone in our device since it has shortened out our electrics. Is it possible to replace the element?
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: The model is F-HC1100C and it was installed in August 2012
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just disconnected it after an electrician identified it as the source of our electricity problem
