I have a problem with my candy induction hob top. The two hobs on left work ok but the two hobs on right hand side don’t work
JA: Is your hob gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: Electric purchased in 2008
JA: How long has this been going on with your hob? What have you tried so far?
Customer: over two years but because of the pandemic I have managed with two hobs as I live alone but will be having visitors and need all four hobs to work
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I think previous visitors have seen me use the hobs and had a go themselves and messed up the system since then I have tried to sort it myself and probably made a bigger problem. I have a feeling it might be something to do with the booster mode but I may be wrong. Do you have a phone number so I can talk to somebody I am nearly 80 ant not good like this
