Customer: 2yrs old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch hob? What have you tried so far?
Customer: it’s just happened today I’ve tried turning on and off several times and tried to unlock but without success

The lock is deactivated by pressing and hold the LOCK/KEY button for around 10 seconds.

If that won't work then you can turn it off from the Basic settings of your appliance.
