JA: What's the brand and model of your coffee maker? How old is it?
Customer: siemens tk76k572gb/04 not sure how old maybe 8
JA: How long has this been going on with your Siemens coffee maker? What have you tried so far?
Customer: few weeks just tried clean full appliance

OK and it is not soiled and perfectly cleaned including the sealing and terminals ?

Please check this IMAGE (part#711 is the brewing unit).

Please ensure everything is cleaned and dry including the contacts where you insert the brew unit.

Then plug it back and try again, please let me know how it goes.

You may try to wipe it with warm water then plug it back and try again.

If the issue remains and the sealing are all fine not worn out then the issue is with the drive that may need replacement.

Drive mechanism is involved in process of brewing, if that goes faulty the control board thinks that brewing unit is stuck hence, you get that error code.

its not a code i get its just said check brewing unit ,is the drive part of the brewing unit

You may contact Siemens and check if they can repair it under some kind of repair plan.

OK, I understand however, as stated earlier the drive mechanism will need replacement.

You may contact Siemens at 0344(###) ###-####to book repair.

If drive mechanism is replaced then cost of repair will be £83 + repair charges (£99 if done by Siemens).
