Hi I have a new Siemens oven and microwave and I’ve trying to turn it on but when I set the temperature and cooking setting it just says “close the door” even though the door is closed
JA: Is your Siemens oven gas or electric?
Customer: electric
JA: What have you tried so far with your Siemens oven?
Customer: turning the power source completely off an on, trying to manually close the door, trying different settings and none of them have worked
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: this is a new oven, I only got it in august so I’m not sure what’s wrong
