I purchased a Delonghi magnificent smart coffee machine

Hi I purchased a Delonghi magnificent smart coffee machine model no. Exam 250.33 . TB serial no 13529 S11 and no beside water tank *****************26 on 24 /12 /2021. I carried out descaling as indicated by light coming on 2 days ago using delonghi decalk descaled as recommended. Light did not go out so I repeated process. Light did not still go out. I watched your video prior to doing same so carried out process as recommended. I then did troubleshooting and rinsed machine 3 times. Descaling light remains on . What do I do.

Customer: Have you read my initial message. All info is in that. This was my first time descaling as I only purchased machine at Christmas 3 to 4 weeks ago.

Customer: No I just need to know how I put out this light so I will know when I need to descale again.

This seems to be a fault in your appliance

As it's under warranty my advice is to return it to where you purchased it and they will replace this
