I have a problem with a toaster that I bought a few months

Hi... I have a problem with a toaster that I bought a few months ago which doesn't work properly
JA: What's the brand and model of your toaster?
Customer: Bosh. TAT 4P449GB
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch toaster? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Last month since I have started to use it..... I have not done anything
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The toast handle doesn't pop up to the top

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Bosch Toaster.

You will have to unplug it and then remove the toaster drawer from the side (check this IMAGE).

Then flip the toaster upside down and shake it a few times so if something is clogged, this will unclog it.

After this is done, reconnect and plug it back, then try again, it should work.

However, if the issue appears again, the spring mechanism for the handle will need replacement.

As it is covered under warranty with Bosch, you may call Bosch at 03448 928 979 to book in warranty repair.
