I put my clothes into whirlpool Awe6317 but they're no longer there. Think they should have gone in and I've put them on. I'm in Italy and I thought it was a top loader

Customer: I've opened machine and my clothes are not there

You have to open the lid from the top to find the clothes in your machine.

They cannot go down the drain, someone may have taken them out.

I didn't see any door to open and I believed it was a top loader so I think the clothes are now underneath the drum

Yes, it is a top load and you have to open the door at the top and then you can take the clothes out.

They cannot go underneath the drum.
