These issues usually occur if drain is clogged or if motor is faulty.

Please try this to solve the issue:

You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.

Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.

Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.

Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try a empty spin and drain program however, if the issue is still there, you will have to replace the motor and it should work.

Alternatively, you may call Siemens at 03448 928 999 to book repair.

Yes, I am sure, in this model there is sensor located near the motor and drum belt and also, motor control board.

If any of these is faulty these type of issues may occur.
