I have just bought a Hoover H-Wash 300 9 kg 1400 Active Steam Remote Wizard. Can you please tell how to operate this machine manually without the remote option and can I over ride the delay start please.?
JA: Do you know the model of your Hoover appliance?
Customer: Hoover H-Wash 300
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hoover appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Every time I attempt to manually start any programs The system does not start. It shows a delay time then does not start after that time. I have completed a cotton wash and a fitness care wash but the machine will not do the same programs this morning. I don’t want the delays either

If you turn the knob to any other program then the REMOTE CONTROL, you can use it manually.

To cancel the delay start, you can press the delay start button each time until you get 0 on the display.

there is no remote control just a WiFi symbol on the dial on the machine

I have managed to get rid of the delay timer but the cottons program still won’t start

OK, do you see any key or lock symbols ?

The start pause button only puts on a delay time again and doesn’t start the machine

If the dial is not on the WIFI program and control is not locked and you do not see KEY symbol then I am afraid, the control board is stuck/faulty and will need replacement.

You may contact the dealer from where you bought this from and get it replaced immediately.

only under the temp selection and spin speed there is a key symbol . None on the digital display which is showing cottons and 2:53

I understand, what happens if you turn it to WiFi again, will that start another program ?

If it starts then you have to wait till the program is complete and then only you can use it manually.

Yes and manually you are unable to start it even by pressing the start button hence, control is faulty.
