I have a LG American style fridge freezer which is about 15

Hello, I have a LG American style fridge freezer which is about 15 years old and the seal for the fridge isn't working..the door won't close properly and the temperature is freezing food in parts of the fridge. Can this be repaired?
JA: Do you know the model of your LG fridge?
Customer: It says Premium Digital above the display..
JA: How long has this been going on with your LG refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Apart from that I'm not sur.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: For the last week or so. The bottom of the fridge has been freezing food also for a while now.

If door seal is worn out, door will not close completely hence, this will cause ice build up inside your appliance.

The door seal can be replaced, are you willing to replace it yourself ?

I wouldn't be able to replace it myself. Would it be an easy enough job for a DIY type?

It depends on your DIY skills.

You have to unplug it and then remove the previous door seal and then you can insert the new one and replace it.

However, door seal for this model is not available on most of spares websites.

You may call LG at 0344(###) ###-####to book repair.
