E22 error in your Hoover dryer indicates the condenser relay located on the control module is faulty and control will need replacement.

However, if you have not cleaned the condensate pump then it is recommended that you clean it.

You will have to unplug it and then remove the top and then remove the drum, then you can clean the pump in your appliance.

If the issue is still there, control board will need replacement.

Alternatively, you may call Hoover at 03444 995 599 to book repair.
