Hello we recently bought a Hisense washing machine and the fabric conditioner is not being taken away could you please explain this to me thank you ***** *****
JA: Is your Hisense washer top or front loading? How old is it?
Customer: Front loader and we bought it about 6 weeks ago from Amazon
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hisense washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Since we got it and we have tried using the auto selection

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Hisense washing machine.

If you have already cleaned the dispenser and the fabric conditioner is not being taken, then I am afraid, the hose that connects dispenser to drum may be clogged or water pressure is too low.

Hi it has never worked since we bought on the 17th March and as far as we know the water pressure is ok

I understand, you may unplug it and clean the drawer, then plug it back and select an empty program on its hottest setting and after that is complete, clean the detergent drawer again, this should solve the issue.

However, if issue is still there, you may call Hisense at 0191(###) ###-####to book in warranty repair.
