Customer: pressing buttons etc Surely there is a way to get it out of this kide Mode

I have investigated the information you have provided and it sounds like you have a query relating to a Microwave that has a Safe mode function enabled. I would suggest this is similar to a child lock just named differently, it is daily straightforward to unlock and to do so, please see the steps I have attached below which will assist you to disable this function to enable using it again.

  1. Ensure the dial for the heating functions is in the off position.
  2. Press and hold and at the same time for 2 seconds.
  3. Press and hold favourite and clock.
  4. The signal sounds.
  5. Padlock or safe will be displayed.
  6. The door is unlocked.

I have checked the user manual, there is no mention of safe mode.
