I can’t unlock Bosch washing machine WAN28201GB/28 have tried manual instructions but no luck with this.Can you help please.
JA: Have you tried resetting your Bosch washer by unplugging it for 60 seconds then plugging it back in? How old is it?
Customer: just trying that now, machine is 3yrs old.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No this has never happened before.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: machine working perfectly until this morning just can’t get it to unlock despite following manual instructions.
