JA: Who makes your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Model AR02, Series DM001, the on/off switch has stopped working, can I get a replacement and if so, how much.
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It has been playing up for a few weeks and today I tried to use it and it will not start.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
