Hello, i have just bought a new oven and it doesn’t seem to be turning off. The cooking process light is still on. I have turned the duration time and the end time off
JA: Is your oven gas or electric?
Customer: dual oven
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: for about 15 minutes I have just tried to turn off the duration and end time
