We have neff fridge freezer. The ice dispenser has stopped working. It makes the cubes but won't come out into the glass, just stays in the dispenser
JA: What's the brand and model of your freezer? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Neff fridge freezer and is 3.5 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on with your freezer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just 2 days. We have emptied the ice maker and there doesn't seem to anything obvious stopping the ice coming into the glass
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Hello Pete. Any idea why the cubes won't cone out. There doesn't seem to be anything that should stop them

This can happen if there is a buildup of ice inside the dispenser.

To resolve the issue you will need to defrost the ice dispenser unit. You can use a hairdryer to carefully speed up the defrosting process.
