The runner has come off the drawer and we cannot put it back on.
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Neff fridge freezer KI2822SFOG about 14 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Neff refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just last week. Our cleaning lady did it. We cannot get the steel slide back on to its runner
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Many thanks but no not that we can see she was taking the drawer out to clean and has dismantled the sliding apparatus.

I have checked some spares websites, and I am afraid, the runner is not available.

As it has come off, you will have to replace it.

However, you may try to visit local spares store and check if you are able to get new runners.

The runner isn’t broken - it had just come off

I understand however, if it has gone back, you will have to strip the appliance and then put it all back together.

If you have already tried this then, you will have to replace it.
