Good day and Welcome to Justanswer,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Beko Hob.

Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 18 days ago.

Please provide its complete model number.

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
Well, it’s on atm so can’t get at it
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 18 days ago.

OK, I understand.

However, without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer however, I hope this helps.

This indicates the NTC sensor located inside the hob or the control board is faulty and will need replacement.

To solve the issue, please follow these instructions:

You will have to leave the appliance completely unplugged or turned off at the mains for around 1 hour.

Then plug it back and it should work however, if the issue is still there, you will have to replace the control board.

Alternatively, you may call Beko at 0330(###) ###-####to book repair.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
