I have just bought a Kenwood Chef mixer FP19 CODE 21L38. pLUGGED IT IN AND TRIED TO USE THE BLENDER AND THEN THE SLICER AND NOTHING!! i TRIED ANOTHER SOCKET and the same thing, no power
