What do you do when the coffee pod holder won’t slide out
JA: What's the brand and model of your coffee maker? How old is it?
Customer: It’s a modo miso, not sure how old
JA: How long has this been going on with your coffee maker? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It’s done it occasionally before and I ‘ve somehow manipulated it out but it just won’t this time
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No - I’ve taken the water container off, unplugged it and plugged it in again but nothing works
