What is the full model number of your LG nanocell TV?

The instop button is only available on the service remote control which the factory or retailer will have.

The TV should have been put into user mode before it was sold to you.

To get your TV into user mode you will need to contact the retailer who sold you the TV, or get in touch with a local LG TV retailer.
