I’ve just had a creative icon delivered today. Got it set up, but I can’t get the accessory tray off to try the embroidery unit. Any ideas please? I’m reluctant to give it a good pull just in case I break something
JA: What specific appliance does this involve?

JA: How long has this been going on with your Pfaff sewing machine? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i be only got it today, I VE tried looking for a release button but there isn’t one, tried just pulling it but that hasn’t worked either

Free Arm To use the free arm, slide off the accessory tray. When attached, a hook keeps the accessory tray locked to the machine. Remove the tray by sliding it to the left. (p 14, 28)

I’ve checked the users guide, my problem is the tray won’t slide off it seems to be jammed
