My freezer stopped working and I don’t know why?

Customer: bell I don’t know the model

Customer: i just put the temperature higher but it doesn’t do anything

It might be found on a sticker inside the fridge side walls or ceiling.

This is a beko bottom freezer.

Do you really want a phone call? It is not me who initiated it but the site.The site charges additional $24.00 for the call. A phone call does not guarantee a fix on the unit but merely making communications faster. Do you agree?

Can you pull the unit forward so we can check the compressor at the back if it is running or not.

Ok. In my opinion, I think your compressor is not running that is why it is no longer freezing.
