Hisense oven Model BI5228pbuk.
JA: Is your Hisense oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: Following a power cut, I cannot reset the clock to enable the oven to operate. Followed all recommedations but continually shows error code F005.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hisense oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Occurred Saturday overnight. Have tried all available things but only evere reverts to error code F005
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Have tried disconnecting from mains, switching off at wall but every button on the control panel leads to the the display of Ploc then error code F005.

The error code F005 is communication fault between the electronic boards inside the appliance.

These issues usually occur due to power surge/power cut.

To solve the issue, please follow these instructions:

You will have to leave the appliance completely unplugged or turned off at the mains for around 1 hour.

Then plug it back and reset the clock, it should work.

However, if the issue appears again then I am afraid, the clock control is faulty and will need replacement.
