I have a Sumsung fridge freezer with water dispenser. The dispenser is leaking water now. I probably require a new part, seal for it.
JA: What Samsung product do you have?
Customer: The SIN on inside of fridge is A01Z4EBFA01356H
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: I've cleaned it with warm soapy water a few times, I tried it out and left it empty for a while. It is still leaking badly, basically when the water container is full it empties all over the floor
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

But when you try to dispense water, water would flow out normally to the glass?

And when you remove the glass, water would still trickle out of the spout?

Is that correct?

That is correct....at the moment i switch off the dispenser to stop water trickling down.....if there is too much water in the fridge compartment it will still trickle out until such time as the weight of water has reduced

I am sorry, I was confused. How did you switched off the dispenser? Isn't it that when you remove the glass, the water dispenser is off already and when you put a glass on it, then water would flow?

Is there a dispenser switch on your unit?

And where is this "too much water in the fridge compartment"?

Is it on a water tank?
