On our inverted marching machine we are getting an LE code

Customer Question

On our inverted marching machine we are getting an LE code on the 30 minute cycle and the washing hasn’t drained and spun. Is there a way to resolve easily
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: invertex direct drive 8kg. Not sure the time as we bought the house 2 years ago
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just today. Tried restarting the cycle but it always ends up the same
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

LE error code in your appliance indicates hall sensor fault.

This is caused due to faulty sensor located at the rear of the drum, which will need replacement.

However, before you replace it, please try this to solve the issue:

You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.

Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.

Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.

Also with your fingers check if impeller rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try any program and it should work however, if the issue appears again, then I am afraid, the sensor will need replacement.
