Hi, Im Daniel and welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your freezer, Hopefully i can help you on this.

You may get an offer for a phone request, Now im afraid i dont do them as i only do the online chat so if you dont want the phone request then just ignore it.

If you look inside the freezer under the bottom drawer is there a layer of ice forming on the base there?

As i havent heard back from you then i can only give a general answer.

If its leaking there sometimes its a blocked drain hole in the freezer causing the defrost water to overflow and leak out the door.

What you can try to cure this is a full defrost for 24 hours.

This may cure the fault.
