Error code E02 is communication fault between the heating element and control module.

The heater has to be checked, if that is fine then I am afraid, the control will need replacement.

If you are willing to repair it yourself, you will have to unplug it, and pull it out.

Then lay it on its back, and then you can test the heater, if it is open circuit replace it however, if it tests fine, then replace the control.

Alternatively, you may call Neff at 03448 928 989 to book repair.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
