Hi my zdc 37200w tumble dryer won’t turn on anymore
JA: What's the brand and model of your dryer? How old is it?
Customer: it’s around 10 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your dryer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Ive tried changing the fuse in the plug and it still didn’t work it’s been a few days I think maybe it’s the thermal fuse or something like that. The door seems fine
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: not really! It was working perfectly until this

I am afraid, this indicates the control board is faulty, and will need replacement.

If you want to replace it yourself, you will have to unplug it and pull it out.

Then remove the top and then remove the fascia, then you can replace the power control board.

Alternatively, you may call Zanussi at 03445 610 645 to book repair.
