main oven light bulb replaced, but does not work
JA: Is your oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: electric, 6 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Light failed on 29 July, ordered replacement. Have just removed old bulb, which two pieces, Fitted replacement bulb. Not working
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

The lamp socket is faulty, and you will have to replace complete lamp assembly (including socket).

If you want to replace it yourself, you will have to remove the rear panel and then you can replace it.

Alternatively, you may call Neff at 03448 928 989 to book repair.
