Hi we have a Candy Rapid'O simply/Fi washing machine & its beeping but no lights are coming on & cant select a programe have tried turning it on & off, unplugging it & even changed plug sockets but still same problem have checked the drain hose & filter

If your Candy Rapid'O simply/Fi washing machine is beeping but no lights are coming on then the child lock may be activated.

Press and hold the two child lock activation buttons for 5 seconds to unlock the machine (these 2 buttons are identified by a key symbol on your display panel).
