The gas flame in my bottom oven takes a few goes before lighting up (for the flame to stay on), and after a few minutes will turn itself off. There is a gas smell when it happens, but the 'noise' of the gas being on stops.
JA: What's the brand and model of your oven? How old is it?
Customer: Model PROP60NGFSS/C Type: DG66E4123k66CO
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: a few years old and out of warranty
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It has been going on for several months, we have just put up with it. But it means we cannot leave something to cook, because the oven might stop and not cook the food
