JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Brand is Beko and the model is bbif22300w
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 1st time and tried turning it on and off
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: How to repair it

Hi, Im Daniel and welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your hob, Hopefully i can help you on this.

You may get an offer for a phone request, Now im afraid i dont do them as i only do the online chat so if you dont want the phone request then just ignore it.

Can you post the model number for the hob please as the model number you posted is for a Beko single oven.

Customer: replied 2 days ago.

Sorry, as i send that model is for a single oven and not a hob.

Wrong one

If you can access the underside of the hob the model details will be there.

Got it now thanks.

If the hob blew and now its not working then the power board will be the fault in there.

As theres only 1 power board in there so if its not working then this will have blown.

To repair it the glass top will need to be removed then the magnetic plates and metal frame removed.

Then you can access the power board. Usually you can see were these have blown.

But the power board isnt cheap as its about £250. If you want the part number then its###-##-####

Even if we had varrenty?

If you have warranty they they should fix it for free.

But you will need to contact your insurance company and they can arrange for this to be repaired.
