Lamona, model number:###-##-####

Just checking this model number is ***** it as an ceramic hob and not induction. Is this correct?

Customer: replied 3 days ago.
that is correct sorry

Ok if its doing as you say where it just stays on its going to be the control board at fault here.

As there only a few parts in there. You have the elements the mains connection block and the touch control board.

So for this fault its going to be the touch control board at fault which looking at the price of this the board itself is £260 so not a cheap repair im afraid.
