I was wondering how I go about getting a painting valued?

Customer Question

Hi I was wondering how I go about getting a painting valued?
JA: The Appraiser can help. You can also send photos once I've connected you. Is there any info on the back of the painting, or a certificate of authenticity?
Customer: It’s in a frame that’s sealed
JA: Do you know how old the painting is?
Customer: It was my grandmothers she was given it as a present about 6 years ago
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Appraiser should know?
Customer: no I can send a picture and the signature

Great thanks - the current value is around 200-400GBP depending on size and condition so this would be around 300GBP as it's in great condition and presented well.

A good place to sell would be Roseberys
